Exchange Policy

We’re happy to offer a 3-day return policy for our customers. Please note that returns are eligible for store credit only – we do not issue refunds. A return/reverse logistics fee of ₹80 will be charged.

For any issues involving missing or damaged products, please report to us within 24 hours of delivery.

📦 Note: We currently do not provide free return shipping on international orders.


To Be Eligible for a Return

Please ensure the following:

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The product must be free of any damage, marks, or signs of wear.
  • Embellishments and product components must be intact and undamaged.
  • The original invoice and all packaging materials must be included.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The return request is made after the 3-day window.
  • Items from the original shipment are missing.
  • The item shows signs of use, damage, or mishandling.
  • Items have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged.
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returned with the product.
  • Items from bundled or promotional offers cannot be returned individually.
  • Sale items or items purchased using a store credit are non-returnable.
  • Items are returned without prior approval.

Zukiie jewels reserves the right to reject any return if it does not meet the above conditions.


How to Initiate a Return:

To request a return, please WhatsApp us at +91 9000000000 with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, and must meet the required conditions.
Our team will respond within 24 hours and arrange a reverse pickup.


Damage Policy:

If your item is received in a damaged or defective condition due to manufacturing or transit, we will provide a replacement only.
You must report damage within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Exchanges:

Zukiie jewels offers exchanges within 3 days of product delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
A ₹80 fee will apply for exchange and reverse shipping.

Using Your Zukiie jewels Credit Note / Gift Card:

  • Apply your gift card code at checkout on our website.
  • The code will be sent to your registered email ID.
  • The credit will be deducted from your total order value.
  • Valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • For assistance, WhatsApp our support team at +91 9000000000 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM).

Cancellations:

For COD and prepaid orders, please note that once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
For prepaid orders, if cancellation is requested before shipping, we will issue a gift card (no bank refunds).


Customized Jewelry:

All customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged customized item, please email us at Zukiiejewels@gmail.com with a clear photo of the product.
After verification, we will process a replacement if damage is confirmed.
